Hot and sour soup
Handle the tofu gently so it doesn't crumble.
Cut the tofu into thin strips and flake the crab meat
Put Chinese soup, soy sauce, salt and sake in a pot and bring to a boil, add crab meat and tofu, check the seasoning and thicken with water-dissolved potato starch
Pour in the beaten eggs and when the eggs become fluffy, add sesame oil to add aroma
Combine pepper and vinegar in a preheated bowl
Pour the soup from [3] into [4]. Sprinkle with green onions to taste and it's done
