Hot and sour soup
Handle gently so that you don't let the tofu fall apart.
Shred the tofu. Shall away the crab meat.
Put Chinese soup, soy sauce, salt and sake in a pot and boil it, add crab meat and tofu to taste, then thicken it with water-dissolved potato starch.
Spin the beaten eggs. When the eggs are fluffy, add sesame oil to add aroma.
Mix the pepper and vinegar in a pre-heated dish.
Pour the soup from [3] into [4]. Sprinkle with green onions if you like and it's finished.
