Peatan tofu
Place the tofu between paper towels to drain. Peel the century eggs and cut them into bite-sized pieces
Cut the ginger into thin strips, soak it in cold water to make it crisp, then drain in a colander. Tear off the leaves of the coriander
Put the drained tofu into a bowl and crumble it with a spoon, then add the century egg, shredded ginger, salt, and sesame oil and mix well. Serve in a serving dish and garnish with coriander to finish
