Peatan tofu
Place the tofu with a paper towel or something similar to drain it. Peat the peatan and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Shredded ginger, soak in cold water to make it crispy, then lift it into a colander to drain it. Treat the leaves of the cilantro.
Put the drained tofu in a bowl and scrap it with a spoon, add the peatan, shredded ginger, salt and sesame oil and mix. Serve in a bowl and cilantro and it's finished.
