Steamed chicken with peppery hemp sauce
Cut the cucumber into thin slices with a peeler or something similar, soak it in ice water for a few minutes, and drain it.
Cut the steamed chicken into 5mm wide pieces.
Mix all the seasonings together.
Place the cucumbers from [1] and the cut chicken on a plate, pour in [3] and complete it.
