Steamed chicken with pepper sauce
It's easy to slice cucumbers thinly using a peeler. Dropping thinly sliced cucumbers in water makes them crisp. Zhima sauce is a spicy, fragrant sauce made with Chinese pepper that is often used in Chinese cuisine. It goes well with meat dishes
How to make it

Thinly slice the cucumber using a peeler, soak in ice water for a few minutes, then drain

Cut the steamed chicken into 5mm pieces
