Penne Arabiata
Boil the penne until it is slightly firm (approximately 1 minute before the recommended cooking time)
Heat olive oil and red pepper in a frying pan and add the tomato sauce
Add the cooked penne to the frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and mix well
Serve on a plate and top with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
