Stir-fried shrimp with black beans

Black beans are called black beans in Japan, but they are often used in Chinese cuisine. It goes well with crustaceans, so it goes well with dishes made with crab.

Drain the pre-treated shrimp thoroughly. Sprinkle potato starch on the belly. Use it in its shell.

Heat the frying oil to 190°C and fry the shrimp for about 20 seconds. Finish it in a state half-life.

Chop all [A] into small pieces.

Fry 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a heated frying pan. When the aroma is on the surface, add [B] to make it into a sauce.

Add the fried shrimp and fry so that it is mixed with the sauce. Thicken it with water-soluble potato starch and add a persimmon to finish and you're done.
