Heat the oil to 190℃ and deep fry the shrimp for about 20 seconds until they are half cooked

Chop all of [A] into small pieces

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry [3]. When the aroma comes out, add [B] and make a sauce

Add the fried shrimp and stir-fry until combined with the sauce. Thicken with water-dissolved potato starch, and finish by adding fragrant oil
