Shrimp Steamed
Spread the pre-treated shrimp from the belly, sprinkle with potato starch and arrange them on a plate.
Mix the ingredients from [A] and spread them on the surface of the shrimp.
Sprinkle the assatsuki all over.
Heat in the microwave for about 45 seconds and it's done. (Heating time varies depending on the microwave.)
