Garlic Fried Rice
The fragrant aroma of garlic will inspire appetite. Add char siu to make it even tastier.
How to make it

Pour beaten eggs in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil, then add rice and fry.

Use the back of the ladle to make the rice and egg even, pounding it.

Stir in a frying pan, then add [A] when the rice is rinsed, and fry over high heat to complete.
