Red miso fried rice
Chop the char siu roughly and slice the green onions diagonally thinly. Mix [A] well and melt the miso.
Pour beaten eggs in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil, then add rice and fry.
Use the back of the ladle to make the rice and egg even, pounding it.
Fry the frying pan while stirring, and when the rice is starting to flush, add the cut char siu, green onions, and the combined [A] and stir fry.
Turn high heat, remove any moisture and start to dry out and the product is finished.
