Bean-bian fried rice
Chop the char siu roughly. Leave the eggs to melt.
Boil the asparagus (or microwave) and chop it into small pieces.
Pour beaten eggs in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of salad oil, and immediately add the rice and fry.
Use the back of the ladle to make the rice and egg even, pounding it.
Fry the frying pan while stirring, and when it starts to dry, add the chopped char siu, asparagus, and bean paste dissolved in Chinese soup and stir-fry more.
Season with salt and pepper. To finish off, add soy sauce with a aromatic flavor and it's done.
