Bean-bian fried rice
Roughly chop the pork slices and beat the eggs
Boil the asparagus (or microwave it) and roughly chop it
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan, pour the beaten eggs all at once, then immediately add the rice and stir-fry
Use the back of a ladle to beat the rice and egg together until evenly combined
Stir-fry while stirring the frying pan, and when it starts to crisp up, add the chopped pork slices, asparagus, and chili bean paste dissolved in Chinese soup and continue to stir-fry
Season with salt and pepper and finish by adding a dash of soy sauce for flavor
