Burdock agar soup

Use pre-boiled burdock. (If possible, it is best to pre-boil and then soak it in the basic vegetable soup and add the flavor.)
Cut the burdock into thin, small pieces. Refill the agar with water and drain the water.
Heat the vegetable soup in a pot, add burdock and agar and lightly simmer.
Season with salt and finish.
