How to use a knife
Place a damp cloth under the cutting board to keep it from moving
Hold the handle of the knife with your thumb and index finger, pinching the base of the blade
Use your other hand as a cat's paw to hold the food safely in place
Place the knife perpendicular to the cutting board and cut by pulling the blade from the edge
Once you're done using it, place the blade facing away from you for safe storage
