Grilled salmon chanchan
Melt the butter in a frying pan and grill the salmon on both sides.
Remove the salmon and quickly stir-fry the vegetables in the same pot.
Put the salmon back in and pour in the sauce mixed with miso and a small amount of water.
Cover and steam for about 3 minutes, then mix and cook the whole thing to finish.
