Grilled salmon chanchan
Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the salmon on both sides
Remove the salmon and quickly stir fry the vegetables in the same pot
Return the salmon to the pot and pour in the sauce made from miso and a small amount of water
Cover and steam for about 3 minutes, then mix well and it's done
