Shredded radish and beef stir-fried

How to make it

Chop the beef thighs into shredded pieces, shredded radish, and minced radish leaves.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the radish and leaves.

Once the radish is slightly transparent, add beef, salt and pepper and stir-fry. Once the beef is cooked, it's finished.
