Stir-fried cucumber and shrimp
The pre-treated and seasoned shrimp are quickly boiled in boiling water and removed.
Cut the peeled cucumbers diagonally and easily eat, place them in a bowl, add salt and rub them. Once the water comes out, lightly wash with running water and drain well.
Fry the condiments in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of scallion oil to give it a scent.
Once the condiment has started to smell, add the cucumbers, boiled shrimp, and mixed [A] to add the flavor.
To finish off, thicken it with water-soluble potato starch and pour in some scallion oil and you're done.
