Pea protein porridge

Heat the rice porridge in a pot. If you have made the rice porridge in advance and it is hard, you can thin it out with Chinese soup (not listed in the recipe). Once the rice porridge is warm, add salt to taste
Cut the century eggs into bite-sized pieces, mix with sesame oil, and serve on top of the rice porridge. Garnish with coriander to taste and you're done
