Broccoli and pork belly stir-fried with miso
Broccoli is boiled in advance, so once the pork is cooked, all you need to do is stir-fry it quickly. Miso is prone to burning, so combine it with other seasonings in advance.
How to make it

Fill in advance with [A].

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the pork belly.

Once the pork is lightly cooked, add the combined [A] and mix with the pork. Add broccoli and fry the whole thing and it's finished.
