Grilled scallops and grated kelp
The light scallops add the umami flavor of grated kelp, which even doubles the umami flavor of the scallops. It's recommended because it's easy to do.
How to make it

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bake the scallops. Sprinkle a little salt and turn it over once it's slightly browned.

Add the grated kelp and turn off the heat immediately. Mix the whole thing lightly and serve in a bowl to finish.
