Curry-flavored cilantro noodles

You can add some sweet potatoes to your liking, but it matches the flavor of the curry and is recommended. Additionally, by adding scallops, you can bring out the depth of the curry flavor.

How to make it

Dice the onions, potatoes and carrots. Pre-boil the potatoes and carrots in Chinese soup until they are soft.

Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and chomp the garlic and onions.

Once the onions are soft, add the curry powder. Fry over high heat so that it blends well with the onion.

Add the potatoes, carrots, canned scallops, and <A>. Cover and let the flavor go for about 3 minutes.

Once the amount of soup is half, remove the lid, add the basic yakisoba noodles and ketchup, and fry in a frying pan. To finish off, pour a few drops of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of persimmon oil and add some flavor.

Sprinkle some cilantro and it's done.
