Curry-flavored cilantro noodles

Dice the onion, potato, and carrot. Boil the potato and carrot in Chinese soup until soft
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped garlic and onion
Once the onions have softened, add the curry powder and stir fry over high heat until well combined with the onions
Add the potatoes, carrots, canned scallops, and ingredients (A) from [1]. Cover and let the flavors soak in for about 3 minutes
When the soup is reduced by half, remove the lid, add the basic yakisoba noodles and ketchup, and stir-fry in a frying pan. Finish by adding a few drops of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of aromatic oil for flavor
Sprinkle with cilantro and it's done
