Arugula dried shrimp salted noodles

Fry ginger and dried shrimp in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of salad oil.
Once the dried shrimp smells, add sake, Chinese soup, salt and black pepper and simmer. Add half of the arugula cut into easy-to-eat sizes.
Once the arugula is soft, add the steamed noodles and mix well with the noodles.
Add the remaining arugula and fry well to remove any moisture. Spread 1 tablespoon of scallion oil and it's done.
