Stewed amberjack and mala tofu

Cut the prepared amberjack into pieces and soak in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger and garlic. Once the scent is insane, add the amberjack from [1].
Once the surface of the amberjack is browned, add the <A> seasoning.
Once the sugar has dissolved, add the mala tofu, cover and simmer in a slice for a few minutes.
Finish by pouring sesame oil in it and it's done.
