Braised Amberjack and Spicy Tofu

Cut the prepared amberjack into chunks and marinate in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Heat 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger and garlic. When the aroma comes out, add the amberjack (from [1])
Once the surface of the amberjack is browned, add the seasonings (A)
Once the sugar has dissolved, add the spicy tofu, cover and simmer for a few minutes
Finish by drizzling sesame oil over the dish
