Basic pork sauce

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the minced pork, pounding it with the back of a ladle. Add the chopped ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
Add the seasonings (A) to (1) and mix well. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes
Pork sauce is now complete, a versatile dish that can be used as a substitute in a variety of dishes
