Barley rice balls with nozawana

Add 100g of barley to one cup of washed rice and cook on the regular setting in a rice cooker
Once the barley rice is done, roll it into balls about the size of a golf ball
Wrap the barley rice in Nozawana leaves, make a slit in the middle, and pour shojin sauce over it to complete the dish
