Barley rice balls with nozawana

Add 100g of barley to one cup of rice that has been sharpened with water and cook it in a regular rice cooker.

Once the barley rice is complete, roll it to the size of a golf ball.

Wrap the barley rice with Nozawana leaves, cut into the middle and pour some shojin sauce over it to finish.
