Stir-fried menma and shrimp with aroma

Cook the shrimp in a heated frying pan and transfer to a batter.

Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan again, fry the ginger and white leeks, and add the menma to the point where the aroma is only available.

Add the sake and Chinese soup to [2] and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Once the soup is about halfway, add the shrimp from [1] and fry over high heat to remove any moisture.

Finish by pouring soy sauce and sesame oil in it, and add the flowers to the finish.
