Spicy Paiko
Marinate the pork loin overnight in the marinade made by mixing all the seasonings in (A) in a bowl
Remove the pork that has been marinated overnight and add 1.5 tablespoons of flour to make a batter
Dip the pork loin meat into the batter from step (2). Cut the tendons with scissors and deep fry in oil until golden brown
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and arrange on top of the rice. Finish by sprinkling red chili peppers and green onions
