Grilled eggs with cilantro

Cut the green onions into small pieces and cut the bacon into 5mm cubes.

Chop the cilantro into roughly 1cm pieces. Quickly boil the spinach in salt and cut into 2cm pieces.

Heat [A] in a frying pan, and when the garlic smells, add bacon and green onions. When the green onions are cooked, add the chopped cilantro (only the stem) and spinach and quickly stir-fry.

Mix 3 eggs, [B], and fried [4] to the bowl and mix well.

Heat [C] in a frying pan, and when the butter has melted, pour in the egg mixture and sprinkle the cilantro leaves.

Cook it for about 2 minutes, then turn it over using a plate, and cook the back side for about 2 minutes.

Transfer to a cutting board, cut into quarters, and place on a plate. Topped with garnished vegetables and served with warm tomato sauce, and it's finished.
