Grilled eggs with cilantro

This omelet is packed with ingredients and contains coriander, making it very filling.
Once you pour the egg mixture into the frying pan, do not stir it.
How to make it

Finely chop the green onions and cut the bacon into 5mm cubes

Cut the coriander into roughly 1cm pieces. Boil the spinach in salted water briefly and cut into 2cm pieces

Heat [A] in a frying pan, and when the garlic becomes fragrant, add the bacon and green onions. Once the green onions are cooked, add the chopped coriander (stalks only) and spinach and stir-fry briefly

Combine 3 eggs, [B], and the fried [4] in a bowl and mix well

Heat [C] in a frying pan, and once the butter has melted, pour in the egg mixture and sprinkle with coriander leaves

Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip it over using a plate and cook the other side for about 2 minutes

Transfer to a cutting board, cut into 4 pieces, and place on a plate. Top with garnish vegetables and serve with warm tomato sauce
