Persimmon Sushi

Add 10% of the vinegar from nigiri sushi to the rice cooked in 90% of the water and mix it to prepare vinegared rice.
Place the smoked salmon cut in half on top of the soaked sauce (or wrap, etc.), place the vinegared rice in a bite and squeeze it into a round shape.
Cut the seaweed as shown in the photo. (Cut into approximately 2cm squares and triangles between the sides.)
Place the seaweed from [3] on top of the sushi you made and it's finished.
