Persimmon sushi

Prepare vinegared rice by adding 10% nigiri sushi vinegar to rice cooked with 90% water and mixing
Place half of the smoked salmon on a sheet of cloth (or plastic wrap), top with bite-sized pieces of sushi rice, and shape into balls
Cut the nori seaweed as shown in the picture. (Cut into approximately 2cm squares and cut out a triangle between the sides.)
Place the nori seaweed (3) on top of the sushi you made and it's done
