Green Papaya Yogurt Salad
Caspian Sea yogurt is added to your salad, but if it's not too much trouble, lightly drain it and it will give it a richer flavor.
How to make it

The seeds of the green papaya are spooned, peeled and shredded.

Add salt to the shredded papaya and knead it well to soften. Discard when water comes out.

Add [A] and mix well.

Serve in a bowl and decorate with assatsuki to complete.
