Sweet potato ice cream
Remove the skin of the sweet potatoes and steam them softly. Of this, cut about 50g into 1cm cubes for the ingredients.
Sprinkle steamed sweet potatoes, milk, fresh cream, sugar and eggs in a blender to form a paste.
When it's smooth, transfer it to a bowl, add the cubed sweet potatoes, mix lightly, and then cool in the freezer.
Remove for 20 minutes and mix to loosen it, then cool for a total of 2-3 hours and then it's finished.
