Sweet potato ice cream
Peel the sweet potatoes and steam them until soft. Cut about 50g of them into 1cm cubes and set aside to use as the filling
Blend the steamed sweet potato, milk, cream, sugar, and eggs in a blender until a paste forms
Once smooth, transfer to a bowl, add the diced sweet potato, mix lightly and chill in the freezer
Take it out every 20 minutes and mix it to loosen it up, then chill it for a total of 2 to 3 hours and it's done
