Sweet potato chips
Remove the sweet potatoes with the skin and peel, divide them into the skin and meat parts, and soak them in water for about 5 minutes.
After thoroughly wiping off the water, fry the flesh for 2 minutes and the skin for 3 minutes in 170 degrees of oil, then take it on paper, and let it rest for a few minutes.
Raise the oil slightly and fry twice for about 2 minutes.
Take it out onto paper, sprinkle a pinch of salt and you're done.
