How to make it

Peel the sweet potatoes with a peeler, separate the skin from the flesh, and soak in water for about 5 minutes

After thoroughly wiping off the water, deep fry the flesh for 2 minutes and the skin for 3 minutes in 170°C oil, then transfer to paper towels and let rest for a few minutes
