Tofu and fried tofu miso soup
The key is to use olive oil as a secret ingredient, and the rich aroma of olive oil goes well with the miso aroma.

Cut the fried tofu into strips of strips and cut the silken tofu into dice. Slice the green onions diagonally thinly.
Heat the bonito soup stock in a pot and add the chopped fried tofu and the tofu.
Once it's boiling, add [A] and the green onions, and lightly cook the green onions and it's finished.
