Oyster butter soba
This dish is a perfect match of the aroma of butter and the rich flavor of oysters.You can also substitute soba noodles for udon noodles for this delicious dish

Cook the soba noodles.

Combine kelp stock and Happomibijin to make soba soup

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the oysters. Once the oysters are cooked, add the boiled soba noodles and soba sauce and heat the whole dish

Transfer to a serving bowl and top with pink peppercorns to finish
