How to make it

Make a cut on the surface of the shiitake mushroom. Apply 1 tablespoon of thick white sesame oil onto the surface and bake in a toaster for about 2 minutes.

Once the surface is warmed, apply a layer of alphabets with a brush and bake for about 8 more minutes.

Once the fragrant aroma of soy sauce has arrived, place it on a plate and serve with grated ginger and it's finished.

  • Happo-mibijin (can be used as a substitute with soy sauce + mirin)
