Scented shiitake mushrooms
Make cuts on the surface of the shiitake mushrooms. Spread 1 tablespoon of light sesame oil on the surface and bake in the toaster oven for about 2 minutes
Once the surface has warmed up, brush on a layer of Happomibijin and bake for another 8 minutes
Once the fragrant aroma of soy sauce is released, place on a plate and garnish with grated ginger to complete
