Shiitake mushroom rice

Slice the deep-fried tofu without removing the oil. Shred the carrots and chicken burdocks to make the same size.
Add rice, cut vegetables, dried shiitake mushrooms, and <A> to a rice cooker.
Add the bonito soup stock until the rice cooker reaches a 2-go line. Mix the ingredients and rice so that they blend well, and cook them normally.
Once cooked, stir well and serve in a bowl to complete the dish.
