Geso Tempura

Add 1 cup of water to one egg and mix well. Remove the foam as it will become white.

Add the same amount of cake flour and 1 teaspoon potato starch in the form of [1] and mix the egg mixture and flour to make a batter.

Spread the squid skewer that has been drained with paper or something similar and tap it with a knife. Flour 1 tablespoon of cake flour onto the surface.

Dip the beaten sardines into the batter you made and fry in hot oil for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Serve with lemon on top of the paper. Spread the green paste from above and it's finished.
