Octopus and wasabi soy sauce avocado

How to make it

Slice the octopus into thin slices and mix with olive oil and black pepper.

Thump half of the avocado with a knife to make it into a paste. Add light soy sauce and wasabi and mix well.

Pour the avocado from [2] on the octopus spread on a plate. Slice the remaining avocados into thin slices and serve them.

  • Coarsely smelt black pepper
    Appropriate amount
  • Avocado (skinned and seeds removed)
    1 piece
  • Light soy sauce
    1 tsp
