Silver cod and sweet potato meringue soup
If there are any bones in the silver cod, they will hit your mouth when you eat it, so be careful not to leave any left over.
Remove the skin and bones from the cod and blend in a food processor
In a bowl that has been thoroughly wiped dry, mix the egg whites to make meringue. Add the silver cod and condensed milk that you processed in the food processor earlier and mix to incorporate air
Heat [A] in a pot and bring to a boil.
Use a spoon to form the mixture into balls and add to the boiling broth.
Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to a serving bowl. Strain the remaining dashi and pour it into a serving bowl. Add shichimi pepper to taste and it's done
