How to make it

Remove the silver cod skin and bones. Put this in a food processor and mix.

Mix the egg whites in a bowl that has been thoroughly wiped off and make meringue. Add the silver cod and condensed milk that you just poured into a food processor and mix to infuse the air.

Heat [A] in a pot and bring to a boil.
Use a spoon to form the seeds you have made into rounds and add them to the boiled soup stock.

Once the skewers are cooked, transfer them to a bowl. Strain the remaining dashi and pour into a bowl. Pour some shichimi if you like and it's finished.

    1 tablespoon
  • Shichimi to your liking
