Yamato food okonomiyaki
Whisk the egg whites until they form a stiff meringue
Add the grated yam to the meringue and whisk to combine
Once everything is mixed, add the dried sakura shrimp, chopped green onions, and egg yolk and mix well
Put salad oil in a frying pan and heat. Slowly pour in the batter and when it starts to bubble, sprinkle with sesame oil for flavor and flip over
Once the underside is lightly browned, it's done. Mix a 1:1 ratio of medium-thick sauce and ketchup and spread it on the underside. Add mayonnaise to taste
