Yamato food okonomiyaki
Whisk the egg whites to form a hard meringue.
Add grated grated meringue and whisk together.
Once everything is mixed, add dried cherry shrimp, chopped green onions, and egg yolks and mix well.
Put salad oil in a frying pan and heat it. Gently pour the dough in and when the surface becomes slurping, sprinkle with aromatic sesame oil and turn it over.
Once the back is lightly browned, it's finished. Mix the medium-rich sauce and ketchup in a 1:1 ratio and spread it. Sprinkle mayonnaise if you like.
