Cheese noodles
Boil somen noodles according to the instructions on the bag, then put them in a colander and pour them over ice water.
Put [A] in a pot and heat it. Once it boils, add the chicken and shiitake mushrooms.
Once the chicken is cooked, add the somen noodles from [1] and the boiled shrimp.
Once the soup boils again, add the torn mozzarella cheese, mix it with a bite and place it on a grater from the heat. Topped with mitsuke leaves if desired.
