Simmered baby lily
Cut the natagarei eggs into bite-sized pieces and turn the skin inwards so that the eggs are on the surface
Put [A] into a pot and heat. When it starts to boil, add the eggs from [1] little by little. Be careful not to add them all at once, as this will cool the stock
Simmer for about 3 minutes, skimming off any scum, then remove from heat and let cool to allow the flavors to soak in
Bring back to the heat and once it's warm, remove from the heat
Place in a bowl and top with gold leaf to taste
