How to make it

Lightly boil the bean sprouts. Give it in a colander, sprinkle with salt and dehydrate.

Place the peanuts in a plastic bag and roughly crush them using a bowl or glass jar.

Once the sprouts have cooled, transfer to a bowl and add crushed peanuts and umami vinegar and mix.

Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
