Tomato and galli vinegared food
This is a side dish that is easy to make. It is delicious to eat right after making it, but it tastes even better if you let it chill in the refrigerator for a while before eating
How to make it

Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut into 8 wedges

Place the tomatoes in a bowl and top with the pickled ginger. You can also pour the pickled ginger juice over them if you like

Add enough umami vinegar to cover the entire dish and mix well. Top with chopped shiso leaves to taste
