Tomato and galli vinegared food
This is a side dish menu that is easy to make. It's tasty when eaten right after making it, but if you chill it in the fridge for a while before eating it, the flavor soaks in the flavor and tastes better.
How to make it

Remove the tomatoes and cut into 8 equal parts.

Place the tomatoes in a bowl and top with sweet and sour pickled crust. You can add some sweet and sour pickled soup if you like.

Add enough umami vinegar to soak the whole thing and blend in. Topped with chopped shiso leaves if desired.
