Oyakodon with tomato

Put a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and fry the bite-sized pieces of chicken. Once the chicken is cooked, add the roughly chopped onions and bite-sized tomatoes and fry them.

Once everything is mixed in, add chicken consomme and light soy sauce. Lower the heat and gently pour beaten eggs, cover with aluminum foil and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Once the eggs are solidified, remove from the heat.

Place rice in a bowl with [2]. Topped with black pepper if desired and complete.
