Heat salad oil in a frying pan over high heat and fry the chicken cut into bite-sized pieces. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the roughly chopped onion and bite-sized tomatoes and continue to fry

Once everything is mixed, add the chicken consommé and light soy sauce. Reduce the heat and gently pour in the beaten eggs. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Once the eggs are soft-boiled, remove from the heat
