How to make it

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over high heat, add the bean sprouts and stir fry briefly. Add the Happomibijin and edible chili oil, and once everything is mixed, remove from the heat

Cutting off all four sides of the tofu will improve its appearance and texture

Place (1) on top of the tofu in a bowl, and top with green laver to taste
