Spicy bean sprouts and cold sauce

You can eat the amount of chili oil you like. If you don't have the chili oil you can use it as a substitute for regular chili oil.

How to make it

Put a frying pan with sesame oil over high heat, add the bean sprouts and fry quickly. Add the Chili oil you eat, and when the whole thing is mixed, remove from the heat.

Cutting off the four sides of tofu will improve the appearance and texture.

Place [1] on top of the tofu served in a bowl and topped with green seaweed if desired.

  • Sesame oil
    2 tbsp
  • Eating chili oil
    Appropriate amount
  • Happo-mibijin (can be used as a substitute with soy sauce + mirin)
    1.5 tbsp
