Stir-fried saury and tofu with chives

Grade the saury into three pieces and cut into pieces about 1.5 cm wide.
Cut the cotton tofu into 2cm cubes and place in hot water. Cut the chives into 2cm wide pieces.
Put a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and fry the saury. Once the saury is cooked, add the chives and stir-fry them further.
Add drained cotton tofu, strawberry jam and bonito soup stock. Once it boils, add water-soluble potato starch to thicken it.
Twice in the grilled seaweed, add dark soy sauce to the top, mix quickly, and remove from the heat.
Serve in a bowl and topped with chili oil to eat if you like.
