Okonomiyaki with natto
Break the eggs in a bowl, add flour and water and mix well.
Add the grated long roasted beads, thinly sliced long green onions, natto, and natto sauce and mix well with chopsticks.
Put a frying pan with sesame oil over high heat and pour in the dough. Bake for 2-3 minutes and turn the edges over when they harden, turn them over, turn off the heat and cook with the remaining heat.
Remove on a cutting board and cut into pieces that are easy to eat.
Serve in a bowl and add medium-rich sauce, mayonnaise and shaved bonito flakes to your liking.
