Okonomiyaki with natto
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the flour and water and mix well.
Add the grated yam, fried tempura bits, thinly sliced green onions, natto, and natto sauce and mix well with chopsticks.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over high heat and pour the batter in. Cook for 2-3 minutes, and once the edges have hardened, flip it over, turn off the heat and cook in the residual heat.
Remove to a cutting board and cut into bite-sized pieces
Place in a bowl and top with medium-thick sauce, mayonnaise, or bonito flakes to taste.
