How to make it

Salted edamame and rinse it off with running water to remove any fine hair from the surface.

Put edamame, soaking bonito dashi, sugar, and alphabet bean paste in a pot, and heat it.

Cover with aluminum foil and simmer for about 3 minutes, then remove from the heat and remove the heat. Reheat on the heat, simmer for about 3 minutes, then cool, and repeat three times.
