Mixed rice with cilantro and cherry shrimp

Coat the cherry shrimp with potato starch and place in hot oil to quickly fry
Put room temperature rice, coriander puree (see separate recipe), and salt into a bowl and mix well. Add a small amount of the sakura shrimp from [1] to the rice
Use a ring mold to form a cylindrical shape into a serving dish. Top with the reserved sakura shrimp to complete the dish
