Mixed rice with cilantro and cherry shrimp

Sprinkle the cherry shrimp with potato starch and place them in hot frying oil and fry them quickly.
Add room temperature rice, cilantro puree (see separate recipe), and salt in a bowl and mix well. Mix a small amount of cherry shrimp from [1] into the rice.
Use celcles to place them in a cylindrical container. Top with the cherry shrimp for toppings you left behind and it's finished.
