Cigarette rice

Place a frying pan with salad oil over high heat and add beaten eggs and rice in the order of rice. The key is to stir fry the sauce while loosening it so that it becomes a flake.
Add the finely chopped onions and ham and stir-fry quickly. Add the cilantro paste and mix well.
Add salt and white pepper while tasting, and remove from the heat.
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
