Cilantro fried rice

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over high heat, then add the beaten eggs and rice. The key is to stir the rice with a ladle while frying until it becomes crumbly
Add the finely chopped onion and ham and stir fry briefly. Add the coriander paste and mix well
Taste and add salt and white pepper, then remove from heat
Serve in a bowl and it's finished.
