Quattro Formaggio

It's different from the Quattro Formaggio you get in restaurants, but you can easily make it at home by mixing four different cheeses in equal proportions
How to make it

Finely chop A, add it to a small pot with B, and simmer until dissolved

Boil the spaghetti until it is slightly firm. (Approximately: about 1 minute before the displayed time)

Add the boiled spaghetti to the small pot and mix well, then add the Parmesan cheese (1 tablespoon) and mix

4

Place on a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (1 tablespoon) and coarsely ground black pepper
