Chinese-style shabu-shabu with lamb meat

This is a cooking method in which lamb for shabu-shabu is arranged raw on a plate, poured over hot soup with ingredients and cooked. Lamb meat, which will have a firm texture if it is cooked too much, can be cooked to a moderate degree.

How to make it

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into bite-sized pieces, pour a little sesame oil over it in the microwave until it's soft. Cut the gap into 3-4cm wide.

Put the seasonings from [A], bean sprouts, and tinned pumpkin in the microwave in a frying pan and heat it.

Spread the lamb meat for shabu-shabu one by one and turn it into a bowl.

Pour the contents of the frying pan from [2] on top of [3] and pour it hot and complete.
