Chinese-style lamb shabu-shabu
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Add a little sesame oil and microwave until soft. Cut the green onions into 3-4cm pieces
Put the seasonings (A), bean sprouts, green onions, and microwaved pumpkin into a frying pan and bring to a boil
Place the lamb slices for shabu-shabu one by one into the bowl
Pour the hot contents of the frying pan (2) over (3) and it's done
