Chinese-style shabu-shabu with lamb meat
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into bite-sized pieces, pour a little sesame oil over it in the microwave until it's soft. Cut the gap into 3-4cm wide.
Put the seasonings from [A], bean sprouts, and tinned pumpkin in the microwave in a frying pan and heat it.
Spread the lamb meat for shabu-shabu one by one and turn it into a bowl.
Pour the contents of the frying pan from [2] on top of [3] and pour it hot and complete.
