Chinese-style lamb shabu-shabu

This cooking method involves arranging raw lamb for shabu-shabu on a plate and pouring hot soup containing ingredients over it to cook it through. If lamb is cooked too much it will become tough, but this method allows for it to be cooked just right

How to make it

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Add a little sesame oil and microwave until soft. Cut the green onions into 3-4cm pieces

Put the seasonings (A), bean sprouts, green onions, and microwaved pumpkin into a frying pan and bring to a boil

Place the lamb slices for shabu-shabu one by one into the bowl

Pour the hot contents of the frying pan (2) over (3) and it's done
